Val d'Allos, the birthplace of mountain biking enduro
 

8 descending itineraries are accessible by chairlifts.
 
 
From easy to difficult, Val d'Allos - le Seignus offers eight trails in descending profile, accessible by ski lifts open during summer season. Descend 1000 vertical meters from the summit of "GrosTapy" which rises to 2423 meters. Typed freeride, these courses will help you discover a diversity of landscape and grounds that make all their wealth with the backdrop of the peaks of the Mercantour National Park.

Val d'Allos offers in its bike park, appropriate infrastructure in mountain biking
 
- Boardercross: banked turns, bumps, passages in wooded section
- A fun trail: for children and beginners, easy access and quick to learn mountain biking safely
- A family itinerary: marked on the track "prémin", this course allows mountain biking in a mountainous
- Services: car wash, repair, range mountain bike and information boards

The Haut Verdon offers courses of varying levels signposted for mountain biking. Site approved by the French Cycling Federation, the Val d'Allos has become over time a popular destination for mountain biking.
 
 

Fancy a quiet hike or a down on monster ... a leaflet is available in tourist offices.

Transverdon, a wonderful itinerary from Allos pass to Gréoux les Bains.

Great bike crossing linking the Val d'Allos - La Foux to Thorame Basse, which crosses the track long distance "chemins du soleil" (Grenoble or Valence> Nice).
This journey of about 100km, is accessible to practitioners confirmed level. Paths sports but whose landscapes are really worth, groomed trails await you.
 
Several steps are possible throughout the course in the high valley of the Verdon, here are some ideas:
 
1/2 day: Col d'Allos> Allos, 12km - 1h15 - D + and D = 150 m = 950 m-
1/2 day: Allos> Colmars-les-Alpes, 12km - 1h15 - D + and D = 350 m = 560 m-
Very sporty day> Colmars-les-Alpes - Glue Saint Michel, about 41km, duration 6h - + D = 1800 meters and 1650 meters = D-
1/2 day physical and technical: the Colle Saint Michel> Low Thorame, about 24km, 2h30 - D + and D = 630 m = 910 m-
